Competition Terms & Conditions — “Win £750 Cashback” Promotion

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by CosyRoof (“the Promoter”), whose registered office is at Ballyhornan Road, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 6RH.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of England and Wales aged 18 or over. Customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland, or the Republic of Ireland are excluded from this promotion.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To qualify for entry, customers must book a January 2026 installation date & pay their deposit between 11th November and 19th December 2025.

One entry will be automatically made for each eligible booking when the deposit is paid and a January Installation date is secured.

No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

4. Prize

The £750 cashback will be deducted from the customers final balance on completion of their CosyRoof install.

The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once the January 2026 diary is fully booked.

The winner will be contacted via the details provided at booking within 7 days of the draw.

6. General

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their name being used in reasonable publicity if they win.

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
